He has received worldwide attention for the exceptional re-branding of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and Canadian Football League (CFL).
As Creative Director, Tony brings 18 years of passion, experience and award-winning design expertise to every client engagement. At home in all forms of visual expression — print, environmental design, web, packaging — he is determined to discover the full creative and expressive potential in each project, in the service of his clients’ brands.

Pier Shu-Lutman is a Toronto born graphic designer and web developer with a long-standing interest and expertise in digital media. Pier utilizes his ability to bridge the technical and artistic elements of web development.
As half-owner of Interactive Side, a Toronto digital shop, Pier was responsible for web strategy, social, strategy, web design, front-end development and project management of a large development team. Clients included Euro RSCG, Brookfield Property Management, Edenshaw Homes & Amsterdam Breweries.
As Digital Director, Pier draws from over 10 years of experience. Using his broad skill set and strong visual background, he prides himself in his ability to create memorable visually stunning interactive experiences.
Michael Waldin has extensive experience as an account executive and manager. He served as marketing manager for the Ontario College of Art and Design, and has worked in lead positions in client services at top Canadian agencies.
In his agency role, he has managed a diverse client portfolio that includes the development of strategy, identity, and programming projects for Ipsos ASI, Royal Dutch Shell, Indigo Books and Music, Nokia, Saks Fifth Avenue, Art Gallery of Ontario and the Ontario Science Centre. For U.S. architectural giants SOM and NBBJ, he delivered web and publishing projects.
In retail environments, he has worked with leading consumer goods clients to develop positioning, strategy and design for packaging and retail communications. His clients have included EFFEM (Mars Canada), Safeway (US), Kraft (US), Weston Bakeries, Canada Bread, and Irving Consumer Products.
Michael is a graduate of York University (Cultural History) and the Ontario College of Art (Fine Art).
